Week 1, Day 4

Breakfast: coffee with 3 T. peppermint mocha, banana
Lunch: 3 squares flatbread w/cheese/artichoke hearts/peppers/pizza sauce
Snack: 100 calorie popcorn

That's it - this afternoon we leave for Disney!
Meals will resume when I'm back next Tuesday!
