Workout: Treadmill - 30 minutes, 20 running, 10 walking, 2.2 miles

Diet:
Breakfast: banana bread, banana
Lunch: fajitas
Snack: balance bar
Dinner: 1/2 cuban sandwich, black beans, rice
Snack: 1/2 grapefruit, oreo sticks, sorbet
