Week 14 Mini-Goals
These are familiar, since they're the exact same ones that I had last week. I didn't meet any of them, so I am going to do it this week. I know I can!
1) Blog - everyday, everything I eat
2) Exercise - 3 cardio, 2 BodyPump, 2 BodyFlow
3) Diet - Stay within calorie range (under 1550).
4) Other - Take daily multivitamin
5) Scale - A loss
