WW: Week 4 Mini-Goals
1) Blog - everyday, everything I eat
2) Exercise - 3 cardio, 2 BodyPump, 2 BodyFlow
3) Diet - Stay within WW points range
4) Other - Take daily multivitamin
5) Scale - A loss
Same goals again. I haven't accomplished them for 2 weeks and haven't seen a loss in 2 weeks. I know if I stick to my plan, I'll see a loss and this is the basic plan. This week I WILL stick to it!
