WW: Week 2 Mini-goals
These worked so well last week, I'm sticking to them this week! Right now I need to get back to basics and these are it:
1) Blog - Everyday, everything I eat
2) Exercise - 3 cardio, 2 BodyPump, 2 BodyFlow
3) Diet - Stay within WW points range for the week
4) Other - Take daily multivitamin
5) Scale - A loss
