WW: Week 3 Mini-Goals
1) Blog - everyday, everything I eat
2) Exercise - 3 cardio, 2 BodyPump, 2 BodyFlow
3) Diet - Stay within WW points range
4) Other - Take daily multivitamin
5) Scale - A loss
These simple goals should all work in conjunction to give me the loss I'm looking for. One more week with these goals and then I'll probably get more specific.
