Workout:
Treadmill - 21.5 minutes walking, 8.5 minutes running 1.9 miles
Diet:
Breakfast: balance bar, banana
Lunch: stuffed green pepper
Snack: pear
Dinner: 1/4 c. hummus, 1 small whole wheat pita, carrots, celery
1.5 Tbsp. natural peanut butter, 1 apple
Snack: cherries, individual bag of popcorn
Great day yesterday and today! I'm ready for the weekend!
