Workout: Rest day!
Diet:
Breakfast: balance bar, light yogurt
Lunch: chicken sausage (w/fontina/garlic), terra chips, banana
Snack: 2 wholesome junk food bites
Dinner: spinach salad (w/goat cheese, blueberries, almond slivers), sweet potato gnochhi, tomato sauce, grapefruit
Snack: popcorn
veggies - spinach, sweet potato, tomato sauce
