Week 1 Mini Goals (January 2-January 7)
1) Walk/Run 3 times at gym for a total of at least 5 miles.
2) Maintain healthy diet each day.
3) Complete Fitness magazine workout (cardio/strength) at least once.
4) Complete Pilates DVD workout (or BodyFlow class at gym) at least once.
